The course will last two days, from 9 am 2 pm. You will learn how to make Neapolitan pizza dough using both direct and indirect methods, how to handle and stretch the dough, how to top the pizza and how to bake it in wood burning oven. You will also learn how to make fried Neapolitan pizza, using the best Neapolitan toppings.
Regarding the gluten free pizza you will learn how to make and bake dough using gluten free flour.
This course is tailored to people who already know how to make traditional American style pizza and for thos who have a little experience making pizza.
